It was???? Damn! I was duped by the family. The remote was removed from my hand when I turned to the opening credits with a resounding 'We are not watching Dr Who!'. RIght thats it next year im not going to the family residence :)

I agree wholeheartedly!! I absolutely adored Christopher Eccleston as The Doctor and thought the last series was absolutely brilliant! However, having seen David Tennant in Casanova, Blackpool, and Harry Potter during the past few months, I've been getting increasingly excited to see him take over the role.
Was I ever NOT disappointed! *g* The Christmas Invasion was fantastic! All that I loved from last season (minus Capt. Jack *sigh*), as well as a new Doctor. He was quite fun to watch and I loved seeing him trying to figure out who he was again. It was quite a ride ;) The previews for the coming season in the spring were also quite exciting! Can't wait!

Read all your quotes guys with no spoilers. I was about to shout 'NO SPOILERS!' lol. However being british stiff upper a lip we dont do spoilers. Loved Dr Who with Chris Eccleston, he was fantastic. Looking forward to seeing David Tennant. All you gals should not worry captain Jack will be back. :)
