Firefly is the obvious choice.
This is pretty hard, if you take it seriously. Here're some humble offerings:
Serenity
Fallen Stars My son's idea.
The Unsurrendered
Now if you don't take it seriously it's a lot easier:
The Outlaw Malcolm Reynolds
Gone to Persephone
Alias Smith and Reynolds
Have Spacesuit will Travel
Malcolm, Juggs, and Washburn (This one might require a cast change, some one has to be Juggs)

Well, other than just plain "Firefly", and I really like "Firefly:Big Damn Movie", may I humbly suggest "Firefly: Suck it, Fox"?
Though I know fox would be making the movie, so that title is out of the question, but I think it has a nice ring to it...

Well, I too like Firefly : Big Damn Movie, and Firefly : Still Flying
I would have to rule Serenity out, cause that's the name of the pilot.
I'm guessing they'll prolly go with something boring, though, like Firefly the movie. :P

The plot could be all about the beginning of the second war for independence and where Serenity and her crew fit in the "second coming".
