What I found in the DVD was one of the more witty utterances I've ever heard.
I think it was in the "Relighting firefly" portion of the DVD, Joss muses that in reference to trying to breathe back life into firefly,and devoting oneself to that end, something along the lines of this was asked:
"At what point does it cease being CPR and become Necrophilia?"
Considering the social contexts of fandom, and generally the immense love for this show, I thought it to be pretty damn funny :P

Aw, we cant. It was a special DVD given to the Cast and Crew of Serenity, that Nathan was kind enough to show us at the last conventions he attended.

So maybe they should make it a charity thing. Pay 13 dollars to download the thing offline proceeds go all to charity. Universal woulndt even have to put any money into producing it. And hey for charity i would spend 13 dollars for 13 minutes of blooperness. Sooo anyone wanna bring that up with Joss?

Loved the way Jewel cracked up.As for the reason they all were yelling Summer!! when they screwed up. I think it was Jewel on an interview somewhere said that they did that because Summer almost never screwed up her lines, so they did it to tease her. lol
