Well theres not details up on starfury but some people think if theres enough interest one will definately be held in Glasgow. But i think it def will be, because i think they are being held withing a week of each other or something. i was wanting to go if they were in london but looking at the money situation of a poor student i couldnt really afford it, but i only live 25 miles from glasgow so i wouldnt have to pay much for transport. Hell i might even have a car by then so i'd have to pay even less :D but if you are closer to Glasgow than London id recommend going to the glasgow one, i know there will be people hoping to go to both (even though the guests will be the same...its probably just to see the friends they have made at previous cons)
