What's with all the hostility towards the British? We're all BROWNCOATS. Who cares where we're from or what extras are on the DVDs? If you're that dedicated a browncoat you'll buy all versions anyway. I really hope that the hostility in this thread was a joke. A bad one.

Yes, I'm sure that the hostility is in fun. Sort of intraservice rivalry in the Browncoat ranks.
(at least mine is.)

And yes, we are a bit jealous ya'll are getting more extras on your DVD release. (Though when I think about it I'll bet that extra is just the SciFi preview recycled...)

Hooray for Britain! Yey! Etc!
I also read in some random DVD magazine in WHSmith that more extras are expected on the disc on top of the 20 minute feature... it didn't give any idea as to what the other extras might be. I just remember the magazine stating, "[The Region 2 DVD] will blow the US version out of the stratosphere!"...which is nice.

For those who are talking about it not being possible, just remember that it has happened before. Just for one example, with Farscape PK Wars.. quite a bit more bonus features on the R2. Personally, I don't understand why they don’t just keep the same features through all the regions. :\ That aside, this probably is just some sad joke by some sick attention-seeking journalist, but if the UK do get more features I'll just get the R2 version. I'm lucky enough to be able to play it.

jesus, some people will fight over anything, I'm sure its less to do with who joss loves the most and more to do with encouraging us to buy many, many copies.

I'm in the uk but I've got my R1 version currently winging its way over the pond so I can have it by christmas, and I'm planning to get the uk and aussie ones when they come out.

you're getting yours 1st in america so it makes sense that there would be less on it otherwise there'd be no incentive for people to buy subsequent releases.

it really pisses me off that people are trying to stir up this kind of bitterness and succeeding. the war of independence? hello, I'm 23, I wasn't exactly around then...

I apologize for my warped sense of humor that led to my earlier entry. I was just kinda making jibes at the snarky way it was put about the DVD. I actually have a great deal of respect for Britains. They've always stood with us in any confict over the last century and are the most loyal of allies. I really didn't mean to insult them. I just went overboard on my post.
Please accept my apology and sincere regrets at any hurt feelings my earlier comments may have caused.
