yah, but that has no effect.
It probably keeps track of IPs voting and only registers a givien IPs vote once per hour...

Isn't there a place on the net that you can go to and it will report random IP's for you.
Proxy or something like that?

hmm. perhaps I was wrong...
I just checked back and voted again and the totals remain unchanged.
It looks like maybe it's a static report that's automaticaly regenerated every so often or possibly even done by hand.
No real evidence wether back-button voting works at this point I guess.

yep most likly keeps track of votes via IP since cookies arint doing it,unless it adds some sort of registry
