CafePress went and pended a T-shirt design of mine with an image of 'Serenity' on it, saying it might be violating the studio's rights.
My argument is that the studio has permitted the Flans to use various 'Serenity'-based images as part of their marketing campaign, but I need something more solid than me just saying so.
Help! I've only got the one shirt so far, but there's a lot of Browncoat shops out there, and if somebody gets all lawyery out there....
