I crack up every time I watch them trying to act like EMT's....the pupils were dilapidated, etc. I wish I could remember some of the other ones but I'm usually just laughing too much.

Ok So I had to go back and rewatch bits of the series for this but here it goes:
Simon: "Oh my god- You're like a trained ape- without the training.
Jayne: "That's why I never kiss 'em on the mouth."
River: "I swallowed a bug." (Just the fact that everyone's more worried about River, when there's no reason to be.)
Oh and I can't remember exactly how it goes but when Simon and Kaylee are sitting there drinking and Mal decides it's time for everyone to leave. The way Mal and Kaylee are talking as if Simon's not even sitting there.
The human body can be drained of blood in 8.6 seconds given adequate vacuuming systems.

Mal: I believe that women's planning to shoot me again.
Jayne: I've got an idea; why don't we shoot her first?
Wash: It IS her turn...

Zoe: We're goin' to get the captain back.

The main one that springs to mind is the last sentence uttered in Firefly by Jubal Early in Objects in space. He is floating around in space after being pushed by Mal and all he says is:
'Well, here I am'.
Fantastic acceptance of his circumstances and how he had been out thought, as he becomes just another floating object in space.
