I was floored when I found three (count 'em), THREE theaters running Serenity within 10 minutes of my house here in Boise, ID. We were out Friday night and so we stopped by one of them. I was surprised to see an excellent print of the movie and decent sound for a theater charging $2.00 to get in.
I will be going again... and again... and again...

There were 50 or so people in the theater for the 7:25 showing at the Country Club Reel in Boise. I have been in showings with as few as 10.

Holy Crap...Bella Botega is still playing it?? Huh...maybe have to convince the hubby to go.
Also noticed Sunrise mall...finally got my mom to watch Firefly (yes the conversion of my family..what a lovely thing) So I should tell her. They never got to see Serenity.

I'm a firefly newbie and just finished the TV series on DVD, and thought I was screwed wrt seeing Serenity on a big screen.

Redmond, WA Regal Bella Bottega Stadium 11 does
not have any times for Serenity listed on Dec. 9th. They may have not posted times yet on Fandango, or they may be dropping Serenity.
I checked the other Fandango on-line ticket buying theaters (5 left) showing Serenity, and the same goes for
San Antonio, TX Regal Fiesta Stadium 16
Fayetteville, AR Regal Fiesta Square 16
See Serenity on a weekday or drop by and try to buy a ticket for the weekend. Let them know you want to come back and see Serenity.
Citrus Heights, CA and Lexington, KY have times posted until Dec. 15. I think these are second-run Fandango on-line ticket buying theaters based on the ticket price.

You do not get off that easy. You have to buy the DVD too and an extra DVD to loan out. And then there are DVDs for Christmas presents.
