I love the MALMALMALMALMALMAL in "OMR". Inara afraid he's hurt. I love that bit. I don't know if this counts, but I fell for Mal in "OMR". Him trying to toughten Saffron up for the real world, telling her that she should try to kill someone right back, I just loved that. And he's so cuuuuuuute. Drat. I have to go watch that now.

The scene in TM when Kaylee is listening to the message again lying in her hammock. Simon obviously wants comfort her, but he can't find the strength to enter the room. His heart looses the battle against his brain once again.
Just like me sometimes.

Also,
That bit in "The Train Job," when Mal's in Inara's shuttle at the beginning. When he's looking down at her as she's putting something away, and then again when she's facing him. It's like he really, really wants to just hug/kiss her and get it over with, but--for some idiotic reason--doesn't. And then that hilarious scene later where she slaps him! I laughed sooo hard! 
The "proper" one's a good one too.

Why favourite romance moment is at the end of Objects in Space when Mal and Inara are silhoeted in the infirmary doorway and he notices she has bit hit. The way he reaches for her without thinking....ooohh the air just crackled!!!!
