I should preface this post by saying that I was not blessed enough to see the original episodes aired on TV. I notice that pretty much all the episodes (the copies I have) except for TJ don't immediately start with the monologue description. I am wondering if this is possibly due to my copy being incomplete, or if this is a common theme to all our copies. Does everyone's copy of TJ start with Book doing the monologue then going into a bar scene?
If this is the right way it should be, why is TJ the one of the few, if not the only, ep that starts that way?

If memory serves, that was the way it first aired. I'm supposin' they did that cos it was being shown as the "pilot", and wanted to give the audience a little background info.

That was a most excellent response, and scottish-sounding to boot. You are a master of brevity. I take off my hat to you.

See, some people just say thanks. Not Maniac, tho, he makes you feel like a million bucks. I feel like a million bucks and I didn't even reply.

You're quite welcome, Maniac. Heh! "Zoe's terse. I can be terse. Once in flight school, I was laconic."
