Yeah. I had a show killer moment with Lost. The show killer moment was called Lost.

When I was 15 or so I was a big fan of a show called Robin of Sherwood starring Michael Praed. I had quite a crush on Michael at the time so when they killed him off and replaced him with the actor Jason Connery it was truly the end for me.
I think I gave up on The X Files when they started obsessing with their alien conspiracy theories. I liked the Outer Limits style episodes much better.

Highlander was one of my all-time favorite series, but it "Jumped the shark" for me (and many others) at the end of the 5th season in the episode "Archangel", when first a demon was introduced (the show had had no supernatural elements outside of the immortals to that point), and then ended with the main character accidently killing his best friend under extremely contrived and out-of-character circumstances.
The show only lasted for one (very abbreviated) season after that. Most were stinkers, though there were a couple of decent episodes, I never really enjoyed the show as much after that episode. Many hard-core fans of the show simply do not acknowlage anything after the 5th season's penultimate episode (a practice not uncommon to Highlander fans, since the 2nd and 3rd movies are totally ignored/disowned by even the producers now).

Regarding Lost's Evil Numbers: The writers have stated that they don't actually know what the numbers mean themselves *rolls eyes* Even more incredibly and unreasonably stupid, huh?

Yeah I thought that was one attempt humor that just didn't work for me. To me it came across as stupid and not funny. And it was one of the first episodes of ANGEL I watched and it made me question if this show handled its humor as well as BUFFY. But luckily I stuck with it.
There isn't a "jump the shark" moment for me regarding ANGEL but there's something in SEASON 4 that makes me want to smack the creative team behind ANGEL at that time.

Yup Im with you on that one. I thought hang on; didn't Picard first encounter the Borg because of Q , surely if they had records of an encounter previously they would have been way more prepared!! Thats if the Borg hadn't zipped over from the Delta Quad and assimilated Humanity’s arse by then due to Archer.
And as for other series. The one thing that gets me switching straight off is when they introduce conspiracy theory. God damn I hate that. X files , 24 it all sucks. I work in the system and trust me , keeping secrets is just impossible in this day and age.

And for that matter, I'm right there on the death of Michael Praed's Robin Hood. Jason Connery was pretty, but he was the wrong Robin. Good tear-jerk material, though, the death and all.

1st episode of Andromeda season 3. It was just strange, confusing and a little bit disturbing. I guess the writers wanted to try a new formula for the show called ‘crap’ and they continued it on for the rest of the show.
But I still watched it for Harper, he’s funny.
