Firefly soundtrack hunger

Guys, I know I'm not alone in my love for the music of this show (a word which does it no justice). I download civil war, bluegrass, and even irish folk music just trying to trick myself into thinkin Im listenin to the Firefly tracks. Now even though they aren't released to the public, soundtracks of TV productions are usually made for cast, crew, and the like. My dad has a Sheena soundtrack from when he worked on that show, so I know a Firefly one exists somewhere out there. The point of this post? I cry out for someone who has access to this or just others who are searching, too. Just gimme your thoughts if anything!

Same here. I'd like River's sacrifice music from OiS and the party music from OMR, too. Firefly's music kicks Alliance ass.

Add me to the list of those who want the soundtrack.
The bit of FF music I'd want to hear on cd (If I had to choose just one) is in OoG. It is the cue when Mal first sees the other ship, and is negotiating with the other captain. The music is a muted guitar lead, with piano chords behind it. Fairly conventional soundtrack stuff, compared to much of the rest of the FF score, but I thought it was a perfect fit with the scene.
The Niska "Space Station of TOR-CHA" cue would be nice to have as well.

a Nickelback tune I heard just yesterday made me think, "there's no soundtrack for Firefly. that seem right to you?"

Ok people. I agree with all you said. Besides Enterprise has a soundtrack why can't we.
The question is who do we bug for that. We were able to get the DVD's because we told fux we wanted them.
So why not a soundtrack.
Does anyone know which department that would be?
