There are six open-captioned Serenitys roaming the US. Get your theater to show one.
If you are lucky enough, you can see Serenity again. If not, you can still buy an on-line ticket (even some cheap on-line tickets)and not go!

I had to travel nearly an hour and into gang territory to see "Serenity" ONCE! IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT!
Now, "Serenity" isn't showing ANYWHERE near me!

Keep an eye on your theaters! There are two open-captioned Serenitys moving around the US. They seem to show up in a city on Sunday-Monday and then move to the next city. I have also found Tuesday-Wednesday showings. I haven't found them for next week yet.
Do you have any second run theaters near you? How about any art or artists theaters that show movies?
Browncoats in Minneapolis, MN brought Serenity back via emails to a local theater for a 11:30 at night showing two nights. I am hoping they can hold.
Try theaters names Carmike and Cinemark. Ask them when they are going to show Serenity.

On edit: back, the movie is still good. The venue, not so much. There was an annoying hum in the soundtrack the entire time, sometimes pretty loud. So, be ready for that if you happen to be going to this theater.
