Thanks, HFK, I'm glad that you are enjoying the cd. I keep referring to it as an 'album' too.

Hello all,

I wanted to bring up the great music of P.J. Shapiro again for anyone who might have missed this before and for those of you who are new around here. He really is a very talented man and I wanted to expose more people to some great music.

Please, check out his website and at least listen to some of his music. Then, if you get the chance, order a CD or two. A perfect gift to go along with your Firefly DVDs.

I was lucky enough to catch PJ performing last week at Boston's Paradise Lounge (a nice room if you're in the area. Great pizza). Not only did he do a fantastic set, he opened with a little song familiar to all Browncoats.

No, not "The Man They Call Jayne;" the other one.

Man, you got to see P.J. live? Damn, I'm jealous.

Were they swarming all over him and trying to tear his clothes off?

We don't know who put this cup of life into our hands. But when we go our bones will bake upon the burning sands. 'Cause we walk but once among the living, so no regrets and no forgiving- it's hard to dance when you're down upon your knees. And these are dark days indeed.

Not that I recall. However, one very attractive(albeit slightly inebriated)young woman did tell him he had a beautiful voice, then got kind of adorably flustered at her choice of the word "beautiful." It was the kind of moment that makes other men envious of the guy with the guitar.
