Well I must say that is pretty offensive. I am a new Browncoat and I have not seen Serenity. My love for Firefly has come from buying and watching Firefly on DVD after reading good reviews and speaking to fans. I did not even know Serenity was any relation to Firefly until a friend in work told me.
I've been a Star Wars fan since 1977 when I first seen A New Hope. So does that mean the new kids that started their Star Wars love affair from Phantom Menace cannot be true fans and should not be allowed to watch the earlier films?
