Hey congrats! Is it wrong to say that i had to think about which number i am now and what number i was going to be? I started loosing count just after 25, oh yeh and the ability to eat cake and chocolate without it adding to my physical aura :)

Yeah, I think after 25 I started forgetting how old I am, too. It gets to be too much of a bother to remember. Don't wanna.
And please, don't talk to me about the chocolate and the cake and the "physical aura". 
I'm stressed out enough about it as it is! My problem is that I am an unabashed chocoholic. And now with the holidays coming-I don't even want to think about it!
*sigh*
Ooh, and for my birthday, some shiny shiny browncoats are taking me to the Renn Faire!!

Hey, chocolate + cake make me feel great, i love eating them and they are happy to provide me with a consistent pleasurable service, so i figure we all win :)
I know what you mean - you can't get away from it during these peak festive times, soon enough we will be seeing easter eggs on the shelves. But i say to hell with it - i hate being made to feel guilty for enjoying tasty food, why do we have to be so paranoid and extremist about it, can't we just enjoy a good meal and a pudding anymore! I know i will on my birthday!
Sounds fun - what is the Renn Faire? Me and my other half are off to Edinburgh 'cos i haven't been there yet - we live in the UK so we are not some jet-setting rich types! Oh yeh and general drinking and dancing with my friends on the weekend.

Much fun and anachronistic merry making. Surely you have them in the UK? Or something like?
I agree with you on the being able to eat yummy foods and not have to stress out about it. In moderation. It just doesn't always work for me. So, since I cannot NOT eat chocolate, I've just decided to add an extra walk a day to burn off those chocolatey calories. At least throughout the holidays. And the walks are good for me.
But calories don't count on your birthday, right?

Yeh we have lots of those, mostly in the summer months, all good fun - have you ever tried jousting! that is fun!
Moderation is difficult - but can be done, the power of the mind and all that i find it helps if the food is out of sight (i have to ask to have it removed from the room!)
Did you know that eating chocolate on ur birthday makes you lose weight. FACT!.
