Classical Music in Shindig

Can anyone tell me the name of the classical piece that is playing at the ball in Shindig? I was just listening to an online classical radio station and it came on. Thank You.

Dirty Socks.. there is a great online classical station I listen to that has a device on their web site where you can plug in the date and time and they will tell you the name of the piece and who is performing it.. does yours have that service??
If not.. I will cogitate as I love classical music. I have not heard it on my station.. tho they will also often play film scores... LOTR was very big for awhile... so who knows.. maybe it was from Firefly.. I thought that Edmundson wrote all the music...

Unfortunatley the one I was listening to does not keep a running playlist of whats on or has been on, which is a shame, because I did try to look it up that way. And as far as I know this one does not typically play film scores, and I'm pretty sure I had heard the music in Shindig before seeing Shindig, but thanks for the attempt.

The one where Mal and Inara are dancing is Haydn's first movement of the string quartet "The Lark" or "String Quartet In D Major, Op. 64 No. 5: I. Allegro Moderato." That's all I recognized though.

I would have answered this a while ago, but poor me--I only discovered the jewel that is "Firefly" one week ago. Better late than never, I suppose.
The main song from "Shindig" is actually from our old pal Beethoven.
