Time for a little blatant promotion for a guy who doesn't brag about himself much... (What is it with this modesty thing, anyway?)
Anyway, our very own PJ Shapiro, alias Stringslinger, is an indy musician making his way in the shadows of the monster that is RIAA. We all hate RIAA and whatnot, and we love our indy musicians, especially Browncoat guitarists.
Sooooooooooooo... enough talk, here's his site, which has links to his music and links to buy CDs, preferably at least three for each member of your family.

He's excellent. His lyrics are smart and his music is catchy in the best sense of the word. I highly, highly recommend his album "I Know What You're Made Of."
His song "Outside the Box" is one I think all Browncoats will appreciate, and I told him so. By all means, check it out!

I just got my copy of I Know What You're Made Of in the mail today. I couldn't be happier and would recommend it to everyone. Great music and great work by one of our fellow Firefly fans. I haven't bought a CD in quite a while but this one is definitely worth the money. Check it out.

Well, I've only got to listen to it once through so far and so far I haven't found one that I would say I disliked. The title track is very good but if I had to choose one (mind you, only listened once so far) I think I might go with Angry. The whole album (whoops, showing my age there), I mean CD is very good. If nothing else, everyone at least check out the website and give it a chance.
