Looking to download "Trash" ?

The file on the versaphile site played fine for me. Don't know much about Mac's but you'll need the divx codex installed on your machine to view the Trash avi file. You can get it at:

For PC
http://www.divx.com/divx/

For Mac
http://www.divx.com/divx/mac/

Download the free version (one on the right) and after you download it run the .exe and choose to install the codex (not the player). Then try and view the .avi again. Hope that helped.

Thank you. However, I can't download the avi file. I have divX though. I can't find a way to download the avi file. What should I use for it? Nothing I have tried works (see my previous post for more info if needed). Thanks again!

p.s. Haven't tried the "versaphile" site yet - I'll give that a shot now...

Hello all,

I'm mildly computer illiterate and could use some advice on downloading Trash. I've read through this thread, but am unsure what might be the best thing for me to try. I have a fairly basic laptop with windows xp, dial up msn, and no second line. I do have a real player and quick time, but have never used kassa or any other programs mentioned here. Any advice? Captain dummy talk is appreciated!

Ive never been too good with the FTP thing and i never did get a connection to the site... and i dont like kazza much myself if you ask me your best call is to just download it from

just go to that site and download it from their it might take a while so if you have unlimited time with your connection you might wanna do it overnight .... but on the flip side its so easy mal could do it. saves screwing around with ftp stuff

You might want to download a download manager before downloading Trash. It might take many hours or even days on dial-up to download Trash and you can save yourself a lot of headaches if you have software that will keep up with the download instead of just ending it if something goes wrong.

Hiya! Thought I would try this one more time. Does anyone here use a mac and, if so, can someone recommend software to me to use to download the trash.avi file? I don't want to view it in my network browser because that doesn't save the file and the quality is really bad. I have DivX but I still can't find a way to download the file. Please help? Not sure what "download manager" I should use...

I have a Mac, I downloaded the episode using the BitTorrent link that someone provided.
I first had to do a Google search for BitTorrent, then download it, then I went to the site and downloaded Trash using BitTorrent.
After that, I had to download some plugins for QuickTime to be able to run it (I think it was DiVX).
Since then I discovered the link to the Hello Cowgirl site where you can just download it straight from the page. Its quick and easy.

The only ones I couldn't save from this site were the blooper reels.
