I'm in Waco, Texas. The two theaters here both had it at four shows a day, but are now down to two shows each, one matinee and one evening.

But, I don't think this is an indication that Serenity is any more of a disappointment to the studios than several other recent releases. Nothing has been doing very much business the past few weeks, and at one of the Waco theaters there are five other films cut back to two showings each - Just Like Heaven, Corpse Bride, Into the Blue, Two for the Money and Waiting. Those last two opened just last week, and Into the Blue premiered the same week as Serenity.

City???

I live in the middle of nowhere. It's farm country out here. But, yeah Serenity was here, I just resaw it Thursday, but now it's gone.

In the Louisville area, there are 4 theaters still showing it, though their showtimes have been greatly reduced...2 or 3 showings per day...

I live in NW Indiana, and they're still showing Serenity in a theater abour 40 minutes from my house. Showplace 12 in Schereville has four showtimes.
