after watching our mrs reynolds for me its during the group discussion slagging mal about being drugged jayne comes up with the classic "thats why i never kiss em on the mouth"cracks me up everytime,crews reactions priceless

Jayne has some grat lines like..

"Do you know what the chain of command is?... "

But my two favorite scenes of his so far are when he tried to trade Vera to Mal for Saffron.

And the small.. but touching scene where he is huddled outside of the infirmery watching Simon remove the bullet from Kaylee in the pilot.
