Hi All,

Found this whilst looking for something else. Very good interview and I think judging by the last few comments that Joss is thinking along the line of more films rather than a TV series.

Here's the link:-

Enjoy!!!!!

I haven't been able to see Serenity (it hasn't premiered in Sweden) so could someone explain exactly how detached the film is from the show. I know he says that he made the movie for people who'd never seen the show but is it as if Firefly never happened or is it just that it's not referred to in the movie. And plz, I do not want any plot details or any spoilers. Thank you =)

Hey Gravy

Joss took the time to acknoledge certain elements from the TV series. There is a sense of the 'past' [Firefly] in the film.

ok, that sounds good. I just can't wait for the film to arrive, it's killing me. And there's a lot of work to be done, need to promote the movie when the premiere starts to get close.

thanx for your reply

Hey my pleasure Gravy.

I hope you see it soon too. I couldn't wait the week it came out here. These days it's the hardest thing to avoid all the hoopla and spoilers around before a film is released. So best of luck.

and maybe for your own sake it's best to give this place a wide birth for a few days.

Take care

Hey Somnambulist,

No problem. Great interview, loads of food for thought, don't you think?

Indeed MALmalade

I always love hearing what Joss has to say. I find him hysterically funny and he always presents himself well. Clearly an intelligent man.

One day I hope we see 'the Joss show'. Which is basically a sitcom with Joss as the star! I think he'd be a great comedy actor!

Seconded. It's not you, it's us; this place is strewn with spoilers, and not everybody follows proper protocols.

Well that was just depressing as hell.
