One has to assume sean is for real, because as i said in another post on a different thread, if he called myspace and said, I'm sean squash that poser, they would. If the posting withstands the test of time if would have to be considered legit. It will likely disappear if it gets too much fan attention, so assuming it's really sean, don't be a pain and swamp him, because servers hate anomalous crashes, and they might ask him to get his own server or something.

Some scrutiny reveals there's nothing here that isn't public info, so it's not locked that it's him.

Just want to point out that there's a bajillion celebrity RPGs out there with fans masquerading (sometimes even convincingly) as celebrities. I'm always skeptic about seeing a celebrity with a journal or myspace unless they confirm it's theirs. It might be him, but it's likely not.

Personally, I think it's a hoax. Mainly because it doesn't seem like something he would do.

I notice that when it comes to sci-fi conventions and stuff like that, you can always expect Joss, Nathan, Adam, Summer and Jewel to show up at these things. They seem to be the most vocal and expected when it comes to these. I know Morena shows up at these as well, but not too many, I think. Gina, Ron, Alan and Sean seem to be the ones who opt out on these things the most for one reason or another. I think the only time I've seen Sean in anything like this was the Space Cast thing on SPACE, when he was in Toronto for one of the screenings.

Jewel I expect to have a blog and a website of her own for this kind of thing. But Sean, I don't think so. He seems to shy away from publicity a lot, so to have a page at Myspace would be too out of character for him.

i dunno if it's him. looking at just the pics, they are him in magazine scans, con panels, screenings. basically pics anyone could get online. no personal pics or anything.

I looked it over and I really don't think it's him. It just looks so... not Sean. Especially considering all the mistakes in it (and, yes, I understand the whole internet spelling is *meant* to be bad, but still), the whole thing just smells a bit iffy to me.
