If you indeed believe in freedom of speech, why have a board to which you can ban messages that you don't like?

Cause there’s a difference between freedom of speech and being insulting.
Note that the insulting comments aren't removed; they are moved to a more pertinent place, where those who want to read/reply can.
Hence freedom of speech.
It's not against freedom of speech to stop children under the age of 18 getting an 18 Certificate film, is it? This is the same thing.
