Yeah, apparently it is from Angel although I didn't actually hear it from there. Joss mentioned it in one of his Firefly commentary's (I think it was Out of Gas). It has kind of become my motto.

Cunning yes.. and really, harmless. The danged theater gets their $$$ it's just allocated differently...
in fact...yawn... as I sit here, I think I will just pop over to fandango and buy a ticket for tonight.. even tho I have dinner plans..
like I said.. for me, a small investment in a shiny future.
And BTW the public took awhile but caught on to and really gave legs to March of the Penquins and Crash, both of which ended up making some serious $$$ at the B.O. So,, if the numbers stay relatively high and Serenity stays in the theaters, it will be ok.
The entire B.O. in the US is down, as others have observed. It's the ennui of the american public.. too lazy to leave the house...lol
