The Rotten Tomatoes Tomato-Meter is now active. Serenity is precariously perched at 60% (Barely Fresh) with no margin to decrease lest it fall into 'Rotten' territory. We should all watch the meter with interest in the week ahead. Every review counts. Tens of thousands of people use Rotten Tomatoes as their premier site for movie reviews. This Tomato Meter is the surest thing to influence ticket sales. Let's all hope for a good rating.

An update, if you will,

Serenity is actually 81% Fresh.

Which is extremely, extremely good.

And I couldn't agree more. The movie was amazing.
