ooh, very cool. I somehow have the feeling that those won't be poping up on eBay anytime soon. the way those posters are put up is basically the same way you put wallpaper up (at least that's what we do in Montreal).

WEll they CAN make a poster version...i'd be happy for that...what is she coming through?

I try to forget River has pretty girly parts...I__I she's freaking 18-19 yrs old, isn't she? I'm having this same problem with Michele Trachenberg

Interesting. Here in Chicago, I haven't seen a single billboard, poster, nothing. I know they're going for the "grassroots" campaign here in the US, but would a poster here or there kill them? I mean, they had them for House of Wax, after all.

Heh, how fab. Anyone else get a bit of a Ring vibe - scary girl crawling out of tiny space at you...?

I know several people have expressed the opinion that the international posters aren't very Firefly (bit too squeaky-clean futuristic, as opposed to the haphazard grittiness of our 'verse), but I think they're much more striking and memorable than the all-blue US version. Plus, funnier/quirkier tagline ("They aim to misbehave"). And, in the end, the posters have to appeal to the randoms, the people on the street who have never heard of Firefly (or even Joss), but who might be intrigued by a campaign such as this.

Those of us who already know the true feel of Firefly/Serenity will be going anyway. Repeatedly.

I thought the movie had a cleaner feel to it anyway, so i suppose the International posters fit. The obvious changes made to the ship for the big damn-screen adventure took away some of the Westerny grit.

Cool poster! Big and noticable. Yea, getting a creepy vibe with River and her knife.

Just thought I'd mention that I took this photograph - people have been taking this photo and bouncing it around the internet without a word of credit for me.
