Worldwide? please?

Hi! I am a Japanese living in Japan, who just happens to love Firefly. Unfortunately, as far as I know, Firefly never aired in Japan nor there seems to any future plans for that. I have absolutely nobody to talk about my love of Firefly. Both Buffy and Angle are beling aired here and Buffy even has DVDs(translated).. Tru-Calling due to clever marketing is also getting pretty good attention.... I am positive if Serenity is played here it would create many fans, and great revenue that will help pushing the sequel.
Does anybody know of any plans for Serenity to be played in Japan?

Japan would be a great market for a movie like Serenity. From the 6 months I lived there it seems they really like that kind of thing. I remeber a noodle comercial with two cute young girls eating noodles and then a samuri appears and slashes the TV screen speaking in a stereotypical harsh samuri type voice. Kind of seems like they'd go for the River fight scenes a lot. Hope it makes it to Asia in general. I mean why not China too? Lots o people in China.

Well, there is a TV program here that shows The US Box office top ten. They sometimes do a mini-features on new movies. I am hoping they will show Serinity this week.
Maybe I should start a something here to generate interest. Any suggetions are appreciated.
