The lines at the end of the movie where Inara and Mal are talking about Inara staying on the ship. I loved that part. Can't remember the exact words - still kind of shell shocked by Wash's death.

Slight difference, but key: Jayne may have an I.Q. measured in the low negatives, but he's good at quick tactical battlefield analysis. He recognized the truth in River's rantings before anyone else.

"Can't stop the signal"
Come on, nobody mentioned this? I mean, it's short, sweet, and it cuts to the point about the entire theme of the movie... What I always loved about Firefly is that it goes back to the best use of science fiction, in exploring things that are personally relevant to people today, though in another setting (same reason I'm a Bradbury fan). "Can't stop the signal" just cuts to the point about the inevitable free flow of information, and ends up being a big reason why Mal gets so determined towards the end. The signal lets him strike a blow at the Alliance in line with his beliefs better than he ever could have during the war.
Oh, and of course, the "twixt my nethers" line. But it just doesn't work so well unless you've known Kaylee through the series... then you see what's gotten her all upset. It's not so much sex she wants, as it is Simon in particular. KF

Maybe a little off topic but I recognized when Jayne said, "If you can't do somethin' smart, do somethin' right." It's great how he quoted Book. Also, right after that, he slid the drink to Simon.. I mean, c'mon! He shared a drink with SIMON! When would he had ever done that?

I can't believe nobody's mentioned this line:
The Operative; I'm not threatening you; I'm unarmed.
Mal: Good. (pulls out his gun and shoots the Operative)
The Operative (getting up and attacking Mal): I am of course wearing body armor. I'm not stupid.
The Operative is probably the coolest villain character to step out of Joss' imagination ever, at least IMO.
Here's another great exchange between the Operative and Mal:
The Operative: It's worse than you know.
Mal: It usually is.
I also loved the Operative's line 'Where are you hiding, little girl?', mainly for the way he says it.
