I called an 800 number on the Fox Store site this morning to complain. The woman I spoke to wasn't sure the webpage was theirs but suggested that I email my complaints with a link to the page in question to: foxdrop@4icc.com.
I (very politely) told them what I thought of their factual inaccuracies and lack of familiarity with the English language and sent it off several hours ago.
Haven't heard back yet, but it didn't bounce back as undeliverable, so it went somewhere. I'll keep you posted.
