There will probably be back-lash like this on all such sites (Rotten Tomaotoes, Yahoo, etc.) I know over at RT, there are already user reviews grading the movie low just to counter the so-called Church of Whedon. (their term not mine).
And while I'm all for votes on the movie if you've seen it, I'd hesitate to flood the site since thousands of votes before it even opens would lower the creditbility of the score to the point where potential watchers ignore anything said and don't go see for themselves.

When they had the poll earlier in the year ( http://www.boxofficemojo.com/polls/?page=viewpoll&id=81&p=.htm )we managed to get over 600 votes for Serenity. So that's 600+ people who are registered and (if they've seen the movie already and remember their logon data) can add their rating.

Is that 'F' really a vote? I mean, the count is "-1", as is the percentage.
How it got to be -1 is beyond me, because that would seem to indicate that someone RETRACTED a vote that they never made... or that the film is just that good that there's no way it could ever get an 'F' rating...
