At Foxmusic.com ( http://builder.navio.com/tts/store/index.jsp?id=a0a0164000000ff706071f

),

Greg Edmonson's score is available for purchase and download as a digital EP for $9.99. There are 17-tracks, most with multiple cues arranged into suites. The only downside is that they are .WMV protected files, but I'm a very happy flan right now.

Go get it!

I got mine!!!! Thank you for telling us. Boy, it sure took them long enough to get it out. Now if they only had album cover art to print, that would be perfect.

Makes me miss the show all over again. They really should have hired Greg to do the movie. This is soooo good.

Does that mean that I can't put it on my iPod?

Hmm. You can burn the files to a CD...

Does anything stop you from ripping them from the CD into MP3's?

To put the songs into your iPOD, you have to burn them onto a CD first, then rip them from the CD to your iPOD. I just got done doing it. It's a pain having to type the track listings manually, but this is better than nothing.

Also, if anyone has trouble downloading, you have to first download one of the listed players, turn off pop-up blockers, and enable downloads. I hate this FOX site (had trouble before downloading the Angel soundtrack too).

Anyone know if there are plans to release an actual album, or if it's strictly download?

I talked FOX music over a year ago. They said that they would prefer to release it digitally. I got the impression they didn't expect the sales to warrant traditional release, but I could be wrong. I think this is as good as it gets.

BUT...if this sells really well, and Serenity does well, who knows right?

Well, I ain't inclined to buy something protected like that. I'd like to be able to stick it into iTunes.

Sales would be better if they had multiple formats.

hmm. I don't know if I like the track order (good thing about digital releases? you can switch them when you burn it to CD).

I just think The Funeral should be the last track instead of track 06. I haven't thought much more about it, and I think I'll listen to it carefully a couple of times before I do burn it to CD.

Jeebus cripes! I take back everything I've said - FOX seem to be doing everything they can to piss off and frustrate the fans. Not one gorram link involved with buying, listening to, or even getting the terms of use works, on either IE or Firefox; the downloadable samples don't play in Winamp, and clicking "Buy Now" does nothing but elicit a click.

I'm eager to give these people $9.99 of my cash and they don't do anything to facilitate it; I'd like to see Greg Edmonson and the folks involved get the money they deserve, but if I have to get this soundtrack from somewhere other than Fox Music, it's their own fault, and I think Greg and the rest should be told .
