How did you make your Browncoat name?

One of my responsibilities with my National Guard unit is that of Communications guru. I'm familiar with most radio communications devices currently employed by the US Military, hence my name "Static".
Of course. . .SOME folks will say it's because "That's all you hear if he's messed with your radio". . .but these are the same people that stand around a SINGCARS radio like a bunch of dogs watchin' television (Puzzled look, head cocked to one side) without me to tell them what the funny sounds are.

N0Skillz has been my name for everything that will let me use it since the first non-beta release of Counter-strike (my first game i've played online)... and for a bit more info, I used DangerousDumbass before that.
It also fits, cuz i pretty much have no skills in videogame, and other more important things (like conversation IRL)

When I started watching BUFFY I wanted to join a few sites online. I actually ended up joining some horror message boards first so wanted the reason known why I was there. I didn't think at first that on some sites folks would think I was a SLAYER fan (the band) Anyways, I've been slayerfan for 4 years now and since FIREFLY is part of Whedonverse thought I would just keep it :)

The name I use on this board is actually my Battlestar name because mine was taken here. (Cally is one of the deckcrew on the new Battlestar Galactica) My name on all the other boards is a much more respectable Whedonverse name - BlackEyedGirl. Xander calls Willow it in Grave - I have a fondness for evil!Willow. Also good!willow and Goddess!willow. Willows of any kind in fact.

I wanted to create a subtle user name that was relevant to the show.
I started thinking of everything related to Firefly. The first word that popped into my head was 'Cosmic', although, it seemed too short. :(
I needed another word to add to the end of it. The word 'Fugitive' popped into my head.
One of my favourite characters on the show is River.
It was a natural fit! :)

Way back when I first set up an e-mail account on yahoo. I was in the middle of reading the Dune series. Tried Leto and it was taken. Tried Leto_II, taken, Leto_III and Leto_IV seems to wordy so I jumped to Leto_V. Now I use it for everything. Here I couldn't use an underscore to LetoV it is.

So here's how it is.......Pretty obvious.I remember watching the series (on Fux) and when I heard Nathan deliver the line--"But she was naked...and...articulate!" I just could not stop laughing for atleast 5 minutes.So when I join any firefly board(whedonesque,fff.net)i'm usually under that name,except on the fox board I go by 2by2handsblu.

My name is not so inspired. When I first logged on here, the user name "Browncoat" was taken, so being lazy at the time I took "Browncoat 1".

I've had this screen name for years, it was bestowed on me in the Sentinel fandom.(That's the UPN show not the horror movie.) It stuck and I've used it ever since.
