You can't be dead until your certified dead by a doctor, until then your still 'alive' (although a little unwell).
And people are not allowed to be certified dead in walt disney theme parks, they have to be taken off the grounds...
cause disney is a happy place for children and you don't want corpses all over the place...
Aparrently...

Q: What do you have when you are holding two little green balls in your hand.
A: Kermit's undivided attention.

Your original riddle of 'What can you physically not do in a Walt disney theme park, that you can physically do anywhere else?' is therefore somewhat flawed, as surely these people do physically die, but are only kept from being 'dead' through semantic denial.
So, hah!

Hmmm, interesting! Mind you, when we were in DLP and my sister had toothache, we had no end of trouble just getting some paracetemol so I can imagine how tricky getting a death certificate would be...

I saw 'Allo 'Allo on stage - see to recall it being very funny. But there was a happy, simpler time when everyone found it funny...right? Right...?!

Now off you all trot to buy your Reavers Ate My Baby t-shirts!!

You stupid woman!
Can you not see that this poor girl was so overcome with worry that she fainted and I had to catch her in my arms!

Ah, let us rejoice in rerun memories of 'Allo 'allo.
Lest we forget 'The fallen Madonna with the big boobies'.

My sister and I were so hooked on that show as kids that we spent an entire summer devising our own script to a pilot-show/movie about some camp Nazis, in the style of 'Allo 'allo.
Except written by a 10 and 13 year old. Must've been quality stuff! I've been searching for it in dusty attics for ages.
