So, this our new thread, our 30th I believe! And yet, somehow, this if the first thread I've ever started myself! Here's hoping I don't let us all down.
Well, whilst continuing to wallow among the dandelions, we saw the birth of some Piffle-foals, of which some of us claimed. And then, we had a piffle-pony race!
Results:
1st place - Serenity & Patience
2nd place - PR, Jake 7 & Ororo
3rd place - Bride 6 and Prudence
4th place (there are no losers!) - Droppymccool & Penitence.
Dear Molly had her wing clipped at the start of the race, which caused Cozen to go a tad loony... needless to say we managed to fight off the cozenants, cockroaches, and tarantulas long enough for him to see that Molly was going to be fine.
But TWG was caught and bitten by a tarantula, and much to her dismay, SimonWho had to save her, along with TheRealMe.
We also recieved a message from Emma, who told us that her and Rat had got into some trouble... and needed rescuing.
Soul decided to captain this mission, and picked out a few crew members to assists him.
He landed his Firefly ship "Destiny's Shadow" which would take the crew on the rescue mission. And what a mighty fine ship it is.
Myself and Mai decided to go for a swim in the lake. How quaint.
Our 29th thread also saw the arrival of a very confused Needy. Wearing a dress.
Well, at the moment, Destiny's Shadow is about to take off!

GreyJedi? Jet? Static? Hello, this is Me. I would like to start making preparations to depart, to be able to help with the rescue Rat and Emma. I know that the Sereni-Tree needs some more repairs first. I’m going to take an hour or so off, then I’ll join you. I’m going for a dip in that lake.
I already have Sparky cleaning up the spider guts and other insectoid parts from all over the ship. Earlier, I had him sweep out the communal Yeti room. It’s amazing how disgusting a place can get with 64,000 Yeti sharing only one bathroom! Anyway, with most of the Yeti gone, now, I’ve been able to shrink those quarters down considerably.
So, please see to whatever repairs are most critical. We can talk when I return. See you later!

Oh, hello, Mai. Not to worry, I hooked Molly up to an autodoc in the Infirmary to await the return of Montanagirl. MG is our vet, after all. And Molly has company, since I hooked Cozen up to the autodoc in the next bed.
Hmmmm... Shouldn't Needleseye be around here, somewhere?
Oh, well.

'eech....' Jazaf gets over to TWG and checks on her. 'Are you OK?' Thatwierdgirl nods slightly.
'Good.' Jazaf begins to notice the cozenbug guts on TWG's chainsaw.
'Well everybody else is on the bridge,' Jazaf points the way, 'I'm sure Soul can tell you what's going down.'
Jazaf watches as TWG heads for the bridge, 'Oh yeah....say "Hi" to the pilot!' Jazaf yells to her.

HEY TRM! Nice to see you. Thanks for takin' care of of Molly. Oh and Cozen too. You think they'll be up and around soon? I guess its best to let them rest and not worry too much. Say, did you happen to bring any of that magical type sun screen with you? We're startin' to look a bit lobstery.
You're right needle was here. Maybe all those roasted spiders made her full and sleepy. I'm gonna go back on shore (does a lake actually have a shore?) and look for her.
