Party at D*Con, suggestions for location? Free drinks.

So Dedraelos and I were planning on making a few gallons of Hunch Punch Lite one of the nights at D*Con, just curious as to a good place to do this? I don't know how many people you can fit in the rooms at the Hilton, but I know we've partied in a Motel 6 before so it can't be too bad. If someone knows of a good place or even just wants to say that they are down, let me know.

Party sounds good to me.
Room parties have been a part of Dragon Con as long as I have been going. It amazes me how many people you can jam into one hotel room.
It would definitely have to be in someone's room since you can't use any of the ball rooms for non Con sponsored events.
If you have a hotel room, host it. Just be prepared to clean up the next morning.

Well, we'll check and make sure the people we're staying with don't mind us having a party, barring that we'll throw the bash. Gallon's of jungle juice, music, dancing and just all around good times to be had with friends. Canton and I are really looking forward to this, see you all there!

i just don't know enough about the setup to give helpful suggestions.
but if your worry is being stuck with too much, i will do my best.

Just print up some flyers and slap them up around the con - there are always places to advertise parties. If you put the words "Browncoats" and "Free Drinks" with your room number, I don't think you'll end up spending the evening alone.

Great idea!
You might post up a sign or flier at the Browncoat table so that other browncoats are aware of the party. Of course if you do that you will have more 'coats than you have space.

Ok after running it through the other people in our room, we've decided that this would be better if it was at the Con hotel. Anyone staying there will you please let me know? Need a little help here.
