I can think of something far better to hang him over the edge of a cliff by, preferably with old, dull, rusty barbed wire.

I always think of that scene at the end of the Airwolf pilot; Jan-Michael Vincent flies Airwolf to where evil Dr. Moffet is (who just killed his true love) and doesnt land it to beat on him or torture him (although he tortured the girl), he just fires every missle on board at him. Quick and painless (if a little loud).

The really distressing thing is if he's ever caught he'll probably get off with an ASBO or something because he was bullied at school once...

I mean, he's not a bad person afterall, just misunderstood.
It could be worse, he could of stolen some money of his employer.
