So, here's a thought. If she's apparently so perceptive how come she didn't get a read that this guy was evil?

she wasn't psychic until AFTER they stripped her amygdala and made her all crazy...
back when she was a sane normal girl she was just a little intuitive (just perceptive in the normal way that can't see the underlying evil).

It is interesting marketing, since these are prequel to the TV show, and therefore not spoilers for the movie at all.
I wonder how many more there will be?

Anyone familiar with the experiments of Stanley Milgram? He and his researchers were able to get most of their subjects to deliver near-fatal electric shocks to people (or think that they were) simply by explaining how important the experiment was and that it was important that they continue.
Most people want to be helpful. Some people want to take advantage of that.
