Someone posted the Serenity Preview DVD that was with the Battlestar Galatica set on usenet - a million thanks to that person!
Here is a torrent file of the preview - my husband converted it to an avi file:

If this DVD set is available to you, I encourage you to buy it to encourage the growth of good sci fi - but for us poor schmucks in rural areas, Canada (like me!) and Europe who can't get it otherwise, enjoy the shiny goodness! There are some great on-set moments. 
Some small spoilers for the complete spoiler-phobes, though!

Ohhh... dur. I didn't test this one, I tested the trailer torrent.
I'm gonna join this torrent now, though I don't think I'll be watching it until after I see the film, as I am one of the aforementioned spoilerphobes.

After three hours of downloading... Video came out fine, but there's no audio. : ( Is it working for anyone else?

you have to get the AC3 codec, go to divx.com and to there faq http://www.divxmovies.com/faq/#4.4 go here and download the AC3 audio codec and it will work. i jus did.

Thanks for the tip, NeoTokyo: ). I downloaded the ac3 exe file, but what do I with it now?
I'm on a Mac running OS 10.2.8, and opening the Serenity file in Quicktime. The video works, but no audio.
Any ideas on how I can get it to work? Thanks for any help.

yes, just run the exe and it should install within a couple seconds then tada! it should work.
