Four Firefly episodes on the big screen, the Serenity trailer...

AND NOW Serenity keychains and mini-posters for all attending. These are the same items that were available at the movie pre-screenings. If you missed out on getting these, make sure you attend in Kirkland!

Disclaimer: None will be given out beforehand, only at the event on 9/17.

Do you know if there will be any Firefly-related events in western Washington during August? I'll be in the area all month, and I'd love to come by and sing "The Ballad of Joss" for some Browncoats while I'm there.

I received the Serenity trailer yesterday from Universal and can verify that is is titled #3, so it seems to be the most up-to-date version that's out there.

We're also going to have a costume contest. Don't know yet what the prize will be, but come as Cap'n, come as Kaylee, come as the guy selling Good Dogs in the pilot, come as Badger.... just be there to witness the mayhem!

To recap: 4 episodes, Serenity trailer, Serenity movie merchandise, singalong, giveaways and a costume contest. This should be a very full night.

We have sold 108 tickets so far...

Ai Yie! September is too busy --thankfully with all good things. I'm priestessing a full moon ritual that night so I can't make it -- but I am seeing Dead Can Dance the next night, huzzah!
I hope that ya'll have a great time. We'll have our big damn tribe out in Lynwood I think (new theature there, not my choice...).
