DragonCon Fan Table Meeting!!!!

Ok, just got the word of the next DragonCon fan table meeting:
Next meeting is this Saturday August 6th from 2pm to 4pm at:
Northside Public Library
3295 Northside Parkway NW
Atlanta GA 30327
From NORTH of the Branch
Take I-75 South to exit 255 (West Paces Ferry); turn left onto W. Paces Ferry. Turn right onto Northside Pkwy (first traffic light). The library is on the left, approximately 1/4 mile down the road, just past Howell Mill.
From SOUTH of the Branch
Take I-75 North to exit 255 (Northside Parkway.) At the first traffic light, turn right onto Northside Pkwy. Library is on the left, approximately 1/4 mile down the road, just past Howell Mill.
From EAST of the Branch
Take I-285 west to I-75 south; take I-75 south to exit 255 (West Paces Ferry). Turn left onto West Paces Ferry. Turn right onto Northside Pkwy (first traffic light). The library is on the left, approximately 1/4 mile down the road.
OR
From Peachtree Street in Buckhead, go west on West Paces to Northside Pkwy, turn left onto Northside Pkwy.
From WEST of the Branch
Take I-285 east to I-75 south. Take I-75 south to exit 255 (West Paces Ferry). Turn left onto West Paces Ferry. Turn right onto Northside Pkwy. (first traffic light). Library is on the left, approximately 1/4 mile down the road.
OR
From Howell Mill Road area, go north on Howell Mill to Northside Pkwy. Turn right onto Northside Pkwy. Library will be on the left

Count me in, I know the area well. One question though...is there any reason these meets aren't earlier in the day? 2-4 kinda kills the afternoon. Just wonderin'.

Well, I know that we have people that are coming in from far away (Athens, GA and North Carolina) so I think the idea is to give everyone plenty of time to get there. It'll take me an hour or more to get there coming from Cartersville.

Can anyone give details about whether help is needed on Thursday to help set up the fan table and what time? Still trying to see what time my friends and I need to leave from St. Pete if extra help is needed. Didn't see yesterday's meeting minutes yet, so I thought I'd try to get that question answered.

The minutes were emailed to our webmistress earlier today and hopefully should be up soon on the website. As for Thursday, as far as I know table setup will not happen until Friday. We are going to get confirmation on that. Some people say you can set up Thursday, some say you can't because the art show is being set up at that time. We are planning on having a gathering of everyone interested in helping on Thursday, regardless of table setup or not, just so we can go over what needs to be done and things like that. We will decide all that soon and I will post as soon as I hear something, 'cause if you're like me, you're rarin' to go! I can't wait!!!
