I've decided to open another thread since the previous one seems to be a bit full. (Yay!)
This is a thread for the crew of Destiny over at the Official Movie Board. This is a place where we can chat and share ideas. As of right now, it seems that the crew is full. Okay, I would like everyone to sound off! Let me know if your name is different over on the Movie Board, and what position you would like on the ship. So far the ones that have been taken are:

My little sister's name is Destiny so there was some confusion about your post. That said, how would you handle a character named Destiny serving on Destiny. I'd be a mite confus'in.

Well, if we are going to a bigger ship, I can help out the mechanic/engineer, as I spent a bunch of years doing just that. Not on space ships mind you, but I can't imagine it would be hard to adapt.
Just keep Jack off the gorram tables!! Whomever borrowed my duct tape for Jack's little..ummm..treatment...I'll forgive you this time.

Skye-yes, you are our engineer, but Safe just kindly volunteered to be our backup mechanic/engineer in case your workload becomes too much for you, since we are a much larger ship than Serenity. And seeing his handywork with the table (oh, yeah, that was me with the duct tape-sorry!) I'd say he'd be pretty useful to you.
Hero- I think we could work it out if we had a crewmember named Destiny. Afterall, my name is Serenity (IRL and here, since why pick something else when I already have the perfect name, right?) and we all manage to discern between the spaceship and the girl. Most of the time, anyway.
