Welcome to our madhouse. This thread is perhaps the 10th or so (does anyone actually know?) in a line of theads that are spuriously leading up to the SErenity convention in November ( www.starfury.co.uk). IT became a pre-con bonding thread when the news stopped coming which degenerated to lots of talk about vodka and chocolate and jelly wrestling. Now, however, there are just as many non-attendees in our madhouse as con-goers and the thread gets progressively random. Hopefully you like it. Do pop by again so we can torture you with initiation and give you chocolatey hugs of goodness.

DietCoke you must think of a suitable thread title for a forthcoming thread but be warned we are hard taskmasters and may deny you chocolate until we like it. It has to have Serenity Squared somewhere in the title and must be simultaneously relevant, witty and interesting. Of course, if it takes a while one of our pre-existing members may have to create one and some of us (ok me) are running out of ideas, so that would be traumatic, at least for me. Unfortunately getting through a thread every three or four days doesn't help *sigh*

I'm kinda thinking of going to the convention, it would be kinda perfect cause my bdays on the 17th Nov, like an extra bday treat, but I don't know, never been to anything conventiony, well once but thats a different story, its kinda scary...
Fray101 - used to work in High Wycombe, know what you mean by the trains, tho I went to Princes Risborough, but its the same thing really.
Am I being random and incoherent enough to be allowed to stay?

I live in Surrey, Croydon/Sutton/Epsom sort of way, Used to take me three hours to get to and from work when I took the train. Glad I got my driving licence to be honest . Working there for one last day on the 26th of August, fun, only takes an hour and a half by car so it won't be so bad...

Yep, Emma, I'm new to this thread. I've seen it before but wasn't quite sure if it was a role-playing game or well......I wasn't quite sure, so I never popped in.
Now I see there is chocolate, vodka, and jelly wrestling, I think it should be a place that I visit on a more regular basis. Ah, Europe.....I do miss you. So maybe I can get a bit of European goodness by visiting here!
