Alrighty ladies, gents and those not sure

After much deliberation, Alaning with Jaina and discssion with others, ive got a plan

We can most probably assume there is going to be a screening in London, and they look to be august/september time.

so here is my plan, we can all meet up near the cinema before the show, maybe make an afternoon of it, then all head to the cinema together, and possibly meet up afterwards in the same place, to wax lyrical about the moooovie.

hows that sit with you guys??

Might I make a suggestion that tickets to the screening are pooled together - people try to buy extras and then when people meet up for the shindig and bring a friend, that they can be catered for even if they don`t get a ticket? (Especially as the ones in Edinburgh sold out in less than 35minutes [or at least the ticket system crashed] - admitedly this is the premier though)

I`m always up for a meetup, although staying late can mean problems returning home (I live 2 1/2 hours away

MNight I suggest a Browncoat Picnic in Hyde Park or another park nearby? (providing weather is good, and if notg we can have plan `B` indoors

Darin (Zol.)

p.s. when you know the acual date, you might want to change the title to put the date in it too.

I'll address your comments in points

1, when I know the date there will be changes made to the title, i already knew that, not stupid

2, I dont really get what you mean about tickets, but it looks like you want people to spend out extra on tickets, they will not be guaranteed to sell on, of course they probably will, but then again, who knows. but again something we will address as and when we know, most of us have our plans for buying tickets within our groups of friends.

3, Depending on what part of london the screenings are, will determine where we meet, its not necessarily going to be central london. Again I will decide that when screenings are announced.

on a totally unrelated note to your comments,

a few people have sent me messages about the browncoat collective doing some sort of fundraising for Heartline, the Charity that supports families of children with Congential Heart Disease (which is what my daughter has)
If anyone has any further thoughts on this, let me know

Come hell or high-water I will make it (even if I have to sell my body before pay-day)!

Very exciting...

PS Fund-raising for Heartline is a great idea, we could make little Serenity badges and sell them for a £1 or something to the people at the screening/s and donate the funds? Or something...

That way we get to publicise the BDM at the same time - 2 great causes together, if that doesn't belittle the charity of course.

Although I would love to support your store Jaina, (the t-shirts are very cool by the way, I may have to anyway) the badges are quite expensive. We could get 100 made for £30 with free delivery by http://www.culturaltreachery.com/

I am sure there are others around as well. I think Zol got some made up a while ago, I can't remember where from though.
