I guessed you weren't serious, but I've heard about Dutch folk doing some damned strange things with mayonnaise, so I didn't want to assume.
I've got three days & two nights slotted for Amsterdam, but that's mostly because I've wanted to visit there since I was a teenager. I'm open-minded, though, and there's an M.C.Escher museum in the Hague that I'd like to see. If Utrecht isn't too far, maybe I'll go there, too.

There is nothing odd about mayo and fries/chips/frites! It is an excellent combination. Utrecht is very close to Amsterdam and if you fancy, I can show you around either. (Same goes for anyone else)
