C'mon everybody! Come, come! I'm gonna be there with Saint of Cheese and another person, and I thought I'd see who all from this board is gonna be comin'!

Sarah, you're coming. Even if we have to find where you live and drag you up here in a burlap sack

Well, I guess I'm coming then.

Still working things out--husband or no husband, etc. Dollars, tickets, vacation time, cash money.

If only this was being held a few states north of Atlantic City. Anyone know of a shindig up north?

Not that I've heard of. North of AC would be closer to me as well.

I plan on being there. I already registered.
The people planning the AC Shindig have some great activities planned.

The folowing is from an e-mail I received after registering:

<
Friday we're planning a Meet and Greet BBQ on the pooldeck at the hotel. Afterwards, we will have a Firefly Trivia Time with prizes going to the most knowledgable individuals and teams...:-)

Saturday will begin with an Auction to benefit the Browncoat Foundation. Later on, we'll cruise around Cape May and then in the evening we will have our very own Shindig with dinner, dancing and live music. Costumes are optional...:-)

Sunday will come far too quickly but we'll end with a Farewell Brunch.

There are 3 ways to participate in the activities...The Full Event Package will include everything, the Saturday Only will have the Cruise and Shindig and individual activity tickets will be available as well.

We are offering to combine activities and hotel into one rate to make things easier. Right now, it looks like the full event package will run about $90 (depending on numbers).

The deadline for getting the most reasonable rates is May 31. After that there are no guarantees of availability or pricing.>>

I believe everyone should be shindigified by attending at least one shindig. There are many happening across the country.

BTW-The date for the AC Shindig is September 26-28.

Hope to meet some of you there!

I'll be there unless something major comes up. My fiancee will be tagging along too.
