Which airport would be best to fly into? I know that Southwest Airlines flies into RDU (Raleigh/Durham International Airport). If I fly down, that would be the airport I'll go to. However, I might drive down instead, so that I can have transportation.

Nothing new on the premiere date, so I think it's reasonably safe to assume it's still going down the 30th.

So any further word on an approximate time to watch the movie on Sept 30? Any other plans for that weekend? I know some people were talking about bars/clubs.

We're thinking an early evening show, 7 at the latest. A large contingent of us will be driving the trek from Raliegh to the Charlotte area to stay the night Friday night as the Carolina Renaissance Festival opens that weekend, Static and I are part of the cast (he the Duke of York, I being Lord Captain of the Royal Guard).

So, are we still on with this BW Raleigh N0rth hotel?
I have suddenly found out I will be able to go there!!
Has anyone called and made their reservations yet? Do we need to say we are with the Browncoat contingency?
Also, is this premiere simply a gathering at the theater before the 7 pm show, or have I missed something?

Yeah, I've already made my reservations with the hotel. I don't know how many other people have, I know at least 2 other people have.
If you do call to make a reservation, you need to let them know that you are with the Firefly North Carolina group. Ash (who has posted on this thread before, can't remember her handle though), is the one who organized it.
