I don't know if anyone's seen it yet or made a post about it (in which case I apologize for the redundancy of this post), but a friend alerted me to the updated trivia listed for Serenity. Without any of the usual spoiler warnings whatsoever, a huge bit of the story is revealed. Is there any way an imdb administrator can be contacted about this or the info can be flagged as being extremely spoilerific?

(I know I shouldn't, but sometimes I check the trivia for a movie before it comes out with the apparently rather large assumption that spoilers will be separated from the rest of the trivia. All in all, I'm just glad I've seen the movie already. Otherwise, that would have extremely pissed me off and possibly have turned me away from the movie a bit.)

OK, my Firefox is a bit slow. That or I am. Regardless, when I looked at the webpage in IE, I saw the option to update the trivia at the bottom of the page (which oddly enough is being blocked in Firefox). I filled out the subsequent pages to have the trivia updated to include a spoiler warning for the offending piece of trivia.

I apologize if I am a bit of an alarmist in this matter, but that just really pisses me off that someone could stumble across that trivia and potentially ruin the movie for themselves.

That ain't no joke folks...if you're afraid of being spoiled, and haven't already...you would do well to stay away from IMDB for now...

WOW! Somebody for the love of all things holy, IMDB should never be allowed to post Spoilers like that or of any kind ever. I'm a little outraged by that. For everyones sake if you haven't seen the movie, or even if you have, I'm glad I did, just stay off of IMDB till you do.

I've submitted something too. IMDB often take a while to edit things (my uncle is a cameraman and often has me update his IMDB CV for him - I was putting his DOB in once and I had to prove how I knew, and apparently being related to him wasn't enough!) but hopefully with enough of us sending them feedback on this subject, they'll get to it quicksmart!

Wasn't it just recently they had to delete all of the threads on the Serenity message boards of imdb because of trolls? They're going to hate this movie by the time we're done.
