Ship design assistance?

I've been working on a Firefly RP for some friends, and I'm right now trying to design the ship... except that I'm horrible at ship design. Is there anyone out there who can help me out? Post a reply if you can, thank you! I'm wanting general designs, deck plans, and floor plans if at all possible; and maybe gridded so I can work out where everybody is.
